PHYSICAL CONDITIONING PLAN
Performance on the court is always accompanied by prior physical preparation. Our program combines strength training, mobility exercises, and physiotherapy, all planned and supervised by specialists in each field.
STRUCTURED PHYSICAL PREPARATION
Individualized comprehensive planning of physical preparation with specific sessions of strength work, proprioception, speed, mobility and injury prevention.
ADVANCED PHYSIOTHERAPY
Specific work adapted during training and individualized treatment in our own clinic.
PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE MONITORING
Continuous and detailed examination of the physical evolution of each athlete through objective measurements.
